To support our member recovery organizations such that they can be world-class establishments empowering all Vermonters and their families who are in recovery from alcohol or other substance use disorders.

We envision a recovery-oriented system of care that supports self-directed pathways to recovery by building on the strengths and resilience of individuals, families and communities.
